Come and meet some of the stars of our herbal garden, and discover how we can sense or intuit their character and personality through a sensory experience. Tea tasting techniques aim at training both our sensory perception—connecting us with the outside world—and our ability to tune into our own bodies. The process is as therapeutic as it is educational regarding herbal medicine. With time and practice in tea tasting, we reach a point where we can better understand the plants and their effects on us.

Tea-tasting workshops include insights into the biochemistry of the plants we use and also the process of making herbal teas, clarifying obscurities and allowing us to make the most of the healing capacity of herbal teas.
